Result Submission

There is a uniform method to submit the result of any exam taken by any unit of the department.

Once any exam is conducted, follow below mentioned instructions to submit the result online and offline.

Theory Exam Result

• Download the format of result by clicking here.

• Please note, that this is a format only. 

• Once downloaded, fill in the details of the exam and marks.

• Print at least 4 copies of this result.

• The Unit Head will sign on all 4 printed results. 

• The results will be sent to the following by the unit conducting the exam. 

  • Dept. office – 01

  • Faculty in charge of the batch – 01

  • Unit/ Faculty conducting the exam – 01 

  • Extra – 01 

• Scan one of the signed copy and save as PDF.

• Name this file in the following format.

  • Result Theory (Internal / Prelim) (Internal 1/2/3) (Paper 1/2) (Section 1/2) (Batch Name in Month Year Format) Batch Roll No. (From __ To __)

  • Examples: 

    • (Internal  Exam) Result Theory Internal 2 August 2019 Batch Roll No. 26 to 50.pdf

    • (Prelim  Exam) Result Theory Prelim Paper 2 Section 1 August 2019 Batch Roll No. 26 to 50.pdf

• Once the above file is ready click on the following link. This will take you to a Google Form, where in the last field this PDF file is to be uploaded.

Clinical Term Ending Exam Result

• Download the format of result by clicking here.

• Please note, that this is a format only. 

• Once downloaded, fill in the details of the exam and marks.

• Print at least 4 copies of this result.

• The Unit Head will sign on all 4 printed results. 

• The results will be sent to the following by the unit conducting the exam. 

  • Dept. office – 01

• Once the above file is ready click on the following link. This will take you to a Google Form, where in the last field this PDF file is to be uploaded.
